He emerged as a force in the real estate market, securing his real estate license at the young age of 19. Dedicated to realizing homeownership dreams, he assisted numerous individuals in their property journeys, earning accolades for customer service excellence.

From the outset, his focus on fostering customer relationships, mastering marketing strategies, and delving into all facets of the real estate market paved the way for a seamless transition into the mortgage sector. With roles spanning underwriting, processing management, and sales, he aimed for unparalleled versatility and knowledge to provide clients with comprehensive guidance through the home buying process.

A dedicated observer of mortgage market trends and the broader economic landscape, he remains attuned to factors influencing rate movements and product shifts. Tom and his wife Molly, based in O’Fallon, MO, are parents to two sets of twins. Outside his role at First Integrity, Tom dedicates time to family, coaching soccer and basketball, and outdoor activities. As a family, they frequent the Lake of the Ozarks for water skiing, visit Colorado for family, and engage in community service. They were honored as the Ambassador Family for the Missouri Chapter of March of Dimes, actively participating in media campaigns to raise awareness for premature babies, as it is very near and dear to their hearts.
