About Tim Whitmire

Tim Graduated with a Business Degree from Fontbonne University in 2005 and has an Associate’s degree in Communication from St. Louis Community College. He is an active member in the community and is a member of the BNI (Business Networking International) – Rewards Thru Referrals chapter, where he has held multiple leadership roles. Tim entered the mortgage industry in 2001 when his mother opened her mortgage company, Confidence Mortgage. He worked on every aspect of the mortgages from start to finish. This experience and detailed understanding of the entire mortgage process allows Tim to ensure excellent service to his clients.

Tim joined First Integrity in 2012 as a Loan Officer. “I love bringing creative mortgage solutions to my client’s unique needs; my goal is to make the process easy for you and to put you in the best position possible to meet your financial goals. As Sales Development Manager, Tim works with Loan Officers to develop and grow their business. Tim’s hobbies include hockey and mountain climbing – his goal is to climb one mountain a year.
