About Denise Grab

Denise Grab is a St. Louis native where she was born-and-raised. Denise attended college at Lindenwood University where she received her BA in Business Administration. While attending college, Denise also competed on the women’s soccer team. Denise is an avid sports fan! Her two favorite players are her children Luke and Kylee who play competitive hockey and volleyball. If she is not here at the office, safe bet she is at the rink or the gym cheering them on along with her husband since 2006, Keith. 

Denise has almost two decades of mortgage experience, covering all aspects of the business. She worked at First Magnus as a Production Manager, where she trained new account executives and helped loan officers with structuring and pricing different loan scenarios. She then moved on from First Magnus to CitiBank, where she originated mortgage loans for CitiBank employees and high-level executives moving from all over the world for a little over 5 years. After originating at Citi, she then decided to move into training. While working as a trainer, she led several classes, including origination, processing, underwriting, and closing. 

Denise joined the First Integrity Mortgage Services Inc. team in July of 2013 as an Account Manager. Since then, she has had several roles with us. She is now our Director of Business Development where she manages our relationships with our corporate accounts and realtors across the area. 

With Denise’s experience and overall focus on customer satisfaction, she would surely be a great fit to help walk you through the entire mortgage process and get you moved into your new home!
