“I have been in the mortgage industry for the last 11 years. Before coming to First Integrity Mortgage Services, I worked for First Capital Mortgage, a mortgage broker, where I ran the Illinois office. I spent a lot of time working on my loans, meeting customers and helping other loan officers go over files and program updates. While I enjoyed being able to hire, set up advertising, lenders, etc., I was frustrated with being on the broker side of the business. I had no control of the files once they were sent to the investor. I had to rely on their processors, underwriters and closers to get things done, which a lot of the time was a headache. I joined First Integrity, because I was previously working from home once they closed our local office down. I got tired of processing and closing on all of my files. It kept me locked up in my home every day. It kept me from going out and hitting the streets to find new business. I had to rely on the phone ringing and the contacts that I had to get business. I joined First Integrity so it would free up more of my time to meet new agents, builders, etc. I did not want to process any more, I wanted to originate. The best thing about First Integrity is our professional staff with many years of experience who know their job and how to get things done. My day now entails meeting customers, agents and builders to help build my pipeline in order to close more loans. First Integrity is different from other mortgage lenders because of their service, programs and professionalism. A potential customer should know that I am available 24/7. I will do whatever needs to be done. I will meet customers after business hours or on weekends. Working around their schedule is not a problem.”
