“The best thing about my career is that I love that I can help people. Nothing is more rewarding than truly being able to help someone figure out his or her finances so that he or she can worry about the more important things in life. My business philosophy is to take care of my customers, and the business will come later. Before coming to First Integrity Mortgage Services, I worked at Enterprise, where I learned that customer service is the most important part of business. I helped people whether they needed a car for their vacation or if they just had an accident, and I was putting them at ease. The customer is not an interruption to my day, but the reason for my career. I joined First Integrity because everyone tells me that their job is to help customers. We are not here just to do a loan. We are here to build a relationship with our customer for life, so that they know we’ll take care of them. The best thing about First Integrity is the communication. When I first came on board, everyone told me that they wanted me to do well. First Integrity’s philosophy is to create relationships with people for life, and we great programs to offer customers. I was impressed with the fact that we are able to give our customers different products. The work environment at First Integrity is very welcoming. We work together to make sure we can give the best deal to our customers. Any time I have had a question, everyone will join in to figure out the answer together.
