I started in the mortgage business in 1984 when conforming mortgage rates were 18%...YIKES! Throughout the years, I’ve worked for banks, mortgage bankers and mortgage brokers. I’ve originated, processed and underwritten mortgage loans throughout my career, which gives me terrific insight to benefit my customers. In 1992, I founded and served as the first President for the Missouri Association of Mortgage Professionals.

The best thing about my career is being a total resource for the people that I serve. I'm known as the "Go-To Guy” for all of my customers and clients. Whether the need is for a home inspector or plumber, a financial planner or CPA (even a dog groomer in one case!), I have an extensive network of highly rated and experienced professionals.

I came to First Integrity Mortgage Services because the operations staff is superior and the product offering is second to none. Our coordinators and our PowerPlus Mortgage Program give us such an obscene competitive advantage, that I never worry about the competition…they can’t do what we do! I tell my clients, “First Integrity Mortgage is the name because Integrity comes first in the mortgage game!” We chose our name not to be snazzy, but because of who we are, which brings me to my philosophy as a Mortgage Banker.

I figure that if people are going to trust me with perhaps the largest debt of their life, then I have a professional responsibility to help them manage that debt by integrating the mortgage that they select into their overall long- and short-term financial goals, as well as their payment and equity objectives. My goal is to help my customers maximize cash flow, minimize tax liabilities and create wealth for retirement.
